Delivery

When you place an order for a physical product (i.e. a journal), you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details. Please check the confirmation to ensure all information is correct. Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a weekday (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT or at the weekend (Sat-Sun) will be dispatched the next weekday.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Please ensure you select the correct delivery destination to enable the system to accurately calculate your shipping cost.

All time frames exclude weekends and all UK public holidays.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail delivery. Standard delivery orders should be received within 48 hours, and Next Day delivery orders should be received the next weekday day as long as the order is made before 1pm GMT on a weekday.

International Delivery

All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail international delivery, and aim to reach Europe in 3 to 5 working days, and the rest of the world in approximately 5 to 7 working days. International, Signed orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Shipping times may vary during UK public holidays and during peak postal periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of third party related matters, severe weather conditions, and any act of God.

Import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods. All tax duties are buyers’ responsibility.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it by sending an email to hello@layinkasanni.com with your order number. Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must return the parcel within 14 days in the condition you recieved it in. Once received, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless it was delivered to you in error or it was faulty.
